Miguel and his team are amazing. I truly am so speechless on how wonderful this team treated me. I will definitely come back for any future home buying. THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST.
I don't know if it was Nick or his Assistant Kimmy but this was the worse expericne ever buying a house. From sending documents back and forth and getting told by one that haven't recieved something even though I already sent to thee other. Then finding out the day before closing and at closing that the everything was messed up and waiting 2hours in an office to close and having to come back 5 hours later to close. Unfortunately I will not be using this company or recommending them.

The overall process was mostly smooth and the staff was helpful but eventually got to the point of having too many people involved. I was fine dealing with Chris and Blair but throwing Alex into the mix did not help and often made matters more confusing for myself and my realtor. It was also poor communication from him and we felt it resulted in our closing date having to be pushed out further than we wanted. Again, Chris was outstanding and I was happy with Blair too.
United veterans was a blessing to work with and helped us every step of the way, knowledable, kind, informative and succeeded our expectations. Our first lender was a nightmare and then our realtor recommended United Veterans and they made the process what it should have been from the beginning, we are now loyal customers to United Veterans and we will not go anywhere else, if you are needing a home loan then you've come to the right place.
