Very professional
At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.
Being a first time home buyer Veterans United were really helpful throughout the whole process, patient, and answered all my questions. The to do list was extremely easy to submit all paperwork, stress free. Highly recommend Veterans United.
