The loan officer and home concierge were awesome in guiding me through the process. The underwriting team has a hard job but also a little understanding and common sense would be helpful when dealing with bank accounts and loans.
Veterans United should focus on assisting there customers and not just pushing documents to finalize the closing of a home. Veterans United should do more of focusing on what in the best interest of the customer and not solely on the betterment of the company.

I recommend Veterans United to anyone wanting to purchase a house. I had a great experience with Rusty Burney from beginning to end. We had not purchased an existing home in 25 years; our last home was built and there is a big difference. Also, times and rules have changed and I cannot say enough about how the combination of technology and people made us feel as if VU was with use every step of the day.
