It cannot be understated how amazing and helpful Sam Brown and C.J. Snook are.I've been with Navy Federal for 13 years. My experience with with them, for some reason, was atrocious. I was pre-approved all the way up to a week before closing and I got a decline and had no communication with my loan officer there. At that point, I reached out to Veterans United and was connected with Sam and C.J. To say it was a night-and-day difference is an absolute understatement.Sam Brown absolutely changed my life and ensured I had the steps laid out in front of me to ensure that I was able to move into my dream home. I was under a lot of the stress with my move. It was a good thing I picked Veterans United, and I am glad I did. They made it easier and less to worry about,
we had a very tight timeline to close and didn't even know if we would be eligible for VA loan since service was so long ago. the whole team did a great job in maintaining contact and getting the job done
I felt it was impossible to get a hold of people when I needed them the most..... I kept getting auto responses that my team was out of the office with out any sort of contact for someone to help while they were..... In the beginning it was great and I feel as soon as I told them I was happy they gave up and moved on to the next loan..... A lot of times I felt the lack of communication was very unprofessional and frustrating during a time I needed my team the most. Cedric was the only member of my team that I felt cared about my concerns and was willing to find me solutions..... I feel like everyone else only dealt with me to get me to leave them alone..... Almost felt abandoned at the end which is why I wouldn't recommend VU. At the beginning of making one of the biggest fancial decisions of my life I felt I was lead on and told I was going to experience the complete opposite of what I actually did experience. Very disappointed because a friend of mine did recommend VU and I believe we had very different experiences.

My husband (Tim) and I started working with Veterans United over a year ago when we started prep partying for an out-of-state move.
