We are so grateful for our VU team. We ran into a number of snags throughout our selling/buying process, but Andrew, Mirza & the team were committed to getting our family into our home. They were extremely communicative and answered all our questions along the way. As we were moving out of state, they also helped us locate utility providers!

I appreciate Weiwei and Phil going above and beyond to help us with our first home purchase. During the initial search, checking on homes we were interested in and making the arrangements for viewing.
Phil made us feel very comfortable from our very first meeting and showing, up into the purchase of our home. Phil being "Local" was a plus.


I paid all this money for inspections that didn't get done. The day we moved into the house the ac isn't working and we have been dealing with that. Then we paid for a re inspection that obviously didn't get done.

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with all of this, especially right after moving in. It’s upsetting enough when something like the AC fails on day one—but it’s even more frustrating when you’ve paid for inspections and re-inspections that were supposed to help catch issues like that.
I know how much trust it takes to get through the homebuying process, and it sounds like you were left feeling like that trust wasn’t honored. That’s not okay, and I want you to know we take this seriously. While VA appraisals are designed to assess value and meet certain minimum property requirements, they don’t replace a full home inspection—and I’m sorry if that part of the process wasn’t clearly explained or followed through on.
