At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.
The process was as easy as the market allowed, and the resources provided were exactly what I needed to go forward smoothly.
