My first conversation with Ashlyn with VU was very informative, she took her time to explain the home buying process. Rob & Cheyanne explained in detail what another lender wouldn’t take the time to explain to me. The other lender would always give me the run around about closing costs and they would take days if they got back to me. Ashlyn, Rob, and Cheyanne responded quickly, and when I asked the same question twice sometimes to make sure I understood it, they would take their time to explain everything and provide me with paperwork to back up what they said. They all were AWESOME to work with. My experience with VU was outstanding! They helped our dream come true. Thank you!
My experience with Veterans United was excellent on all counts. All staff were responsive and courteous throughout my entire homebuying process. I appreciated their willingness to explain things to me as well and they always welcomed me to ask questions, which made everything much easier.
Veterans United portal: I really liked the portal. Very user friendly was so easy to navigate. The Meet your team was so nice to put a face to voice. I like how the portal broke down process of the morgage.
Title processing: Great. I was involved in choice of the named company. Even though they were on the west side of the U.S. the process went pretty smooth.
The Veterans United team used all the communications applications, Voice, text, and email to keep process updates. Example letting me know via text, email and phone call to let me know I had a task open on the portal. All these little touches helped to make the mortgage successful.
Referral: plan to let everbody know they need to consider Veterans United for future mortgage needs. The only thing that could have rated this process more than 5 stars would be meeting team in person or even meeting Rob Riggle. I will say we rate your sevice but inorder for the procees to work the customer must be proactive too!
