I honestly loved how VU guided us through this process the entire way. The ease of the mobile app and signing E-docs is a game changer! A lot of the communication was through text for the random questions I had, and that made such a good experience. Always fast responses. I have no doubt about using them again in the future. The whole process was very easy. How can getting a mortgage be easy? By having people who understand you are out of your depth, & know how to make you feel confident making big decisions. I really hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I’ll be back.
