The only gripe I have is the to dose. I had to keep getting on the portal and there would be to dos. I never knew they were there unless I missed emails or something.
At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.
I've always pushed for the "human" factor in finance. Not the the emotional factor. Recognizing the difference between helping and enabling. John and his team seem to have located that algorithm. I was extremely impressed with tolerance, knowledge, willingness to communicate and above all. The human approach that was administered. I have nothing but praise for process there at VU.
