At first, we were very apprehensive about applying for a refinance with an internet company. After we committed, we soon found out the process was quite easy. All the documents were sent via portal. At closing, the notary came to our house . This was especially helpful during this pandemic.
From the first call from Veteran's United to the follow-up after closing, the VU team made home buying one of the easiest, least stressful experiences we have ever had.
