I was expecting some blockages or issues getting a loan approved as it's never an easy process. But shout out to my loan team under Rett Thompson for making the process as smooth as possible. They worked with us and helped us get the last minute loose ends tied up.
First class organization. Very thankful.
Well at least four times I called and did not get a reply back within a day from either Katie Rose or the insurance lady. That sucked and is the main reason I would not recommend Veterans United if I had to go through it again.

This is the second time using VU. Because of the first experience, I opted to choose them again. When you're separated by states with your lender, communication is instrumental in making this process work. There were always emails and follow-up texts to make sure I didn't have any questions.Not that I'm planning my next move, but if somewhere down the line we decide to do this again, I will certainly make sure VU is on the journey with us!!
