I was upset about the closing date being scheduled to conveniently include the weekend which allows the financial institution to collect interest on funds for an extra two days. I was not happy about that. However, the borrower is a slave to the lender.
This was a smooth process and I want to thank Heather for keeping us informed daily on what we needed for the loan so we can get things done.

For the 2nd time Veteran's United came through with the purchased of my 2nd home with this program. Dan and his whole team went to bat for me and my family. The underwriter was brutal but Dan and his team would not take no for an answer and got us to closing. My family and I are very appreciative for the hard work they put in for us.
