Do not use the va appraisal that was used on my close. They were slow, did not communicate anything, and did a poor good at inspection of the house(for the va appraisal process). Besides that everyone else that I worked with was great, helpful, communicated well, and all worked together to close on my new home.

The whole experience was amazing I had bought a house 20+ years ago and it was a terrible experience no communication until a few days before closing and I about walked out the day I signed the papers. This time was well informed and was updated weekly sometimes several times in a week.
