The lending team I was assigned with VU was top-notch. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. The team had answers for any questions I had, regularly checked in via text, email and phone calls to keep me updated on the loan process, guided me through each step, and had incredible customer service skills. Thanks to Veterans United for operating such a high-quality service for veterans.
Last but not least Bettina was my boots on ground girl. She is the magicians assistant, the one doing all the work & making her boss look good. Thank you for answering all my crazy questions.

I have now refinanced a mortgage and purchased a home with Veterans United. VU and their teams are incredible. They are obsessed with their customers and it shows. As long as VU is here, I will never finance a home with anyone else. Our team even sent a back to school care package to cheer up our 7-year-old daughter when they heard she was sad about switching schools. In my opinion, that is just not customer service you can teach. It comes from genuine care and solid leadership. Glad to have had the pleasure of working with VU and their amazing staff.
