I have been keeping an eye on interest rates, looking at nationwide averages. I have been prepared to call Veterans United to ask about a refinance when it went down. But Mr. Crossgrove actually called me to tell me he could get me a lower rate. I found this very considerate - as I was under the assumption I would have to initiate it. He has always been very professional and responsive too.
