VU makes an overwhelming process extremely simple. The To-Do list is a dream and makes me feel like I have so much control in a process that is usually a bit uncontrollable. The videos are so helpful and our loan officer was amazing! Our previous lender called to ask how they could keep us as customers after they realized we were refinancing and I couldn’t help but laugh. I can’t imagine going through this adventure with any other company.
