When asking about the staff you left out Sarah and Dawn. Sarah was one of my first initial contacts and I knew right then and there that I made the right choice in choosing Veterans United. If I had a question, she made sure I had an answer within minutes. Dawn, there are no words that would be enough to describe her and the help she provided. As well as all the other three people that I commented on, Dawn was the one I leaned on the most for answers. Dawn and I along with Evan, had just regular general conversations not related to mortgage. It was like we knew each other already. The whole staff were such amazing people, they all made this purchase such a smooth transition and I surely will be coming back in the future.
I get emails from Veterans United but it doesn't say anything new. I've gotten lots of emails and I don't see anything new, no new information. I don't like the fact that I was attempting to get a mortgage modification but instead I'm told my house is up for foreclosure.

I have 0 complaints about any of the process. My team working with me made everything go so smoothly and stress free. They say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but my team made it nearly stress free and easy!
VU went above and beyond to help my parents purchase their final home. They made sure all the figures worked for their budget without draining their savings and proceeds from their previous home sale. Now, my parents have a home that will functionally meet their needs for the rest of their lives; as well as, provide me with peace of mind that they are safe in their own home. I can't thank VU enough for all they do for veterans including my father!

Naturally the home buying process is stressful pretty much no matter what but Lance, Levi, Rich, Brady, and everyone else who helped along the way eased that stress. They were knowledgeable and patient and explained everything. Kept us up to date the entire time and were there to answer any questions or concerns we had at any time. I appreciated that Lance checked in on us multiple times just to see how we were doing. My husband and I are both veterans and this was our second time purchasing a home. The process this time around went a lot smoother and seamlessly with the help of Veterans United. I couldn’t recommend them more!
