The loan process with veterans United is top notch and stress free
It was pleasure to see a team operating with so much enthusiasm and compassion.
My wife and I were overwhelmed by the care and attention to detail as they led us to become home owners. It pleases us to say job well done.
Thanks
Steve and his team are great! They made sure our home buying process went perfectly. Thank you Steve, Markita, and Mackenzie for providing us with outstanding service. I highly recommend this team for their knowledge, genuine caring and personable outlook, and attentiveness.
I would definitely recommend VU to anyone considering using a VA loan for their mortgage. I would recommend having all of your paperwork and documentation together and ready to submit as needed to make the process go that much faster.
Veterans United did not disappoint once again. Great company.
Dawn and Holly are an excellent team. This was the easiest part of buying a home. It used to be the paperwork was more painful then the move itself but not with these two!! Promote promote.
Everyone was so professional and pleasantly helpful and qualified to do there job ,returned phone call and ao helpful!!
Thank you to the entire staff t h at worked with us.
Absolute professionals. Very amicable and on the spot helpful.
From start to finish she was there every step of the way. Answering all my questions and even the ones I did not even think to ask. Outstanding person and I would recommend again and again.
All positive, no snags, real people. An "A" Team !!!!
Fantastic professionals that helped me cross the finish line to my first and last home. I should have done more research into the exact process as I did not use a realtor which could have saved me some of the paperwork hassle. Just remember these are loan officers and not realtors so study up. We were able to finalize everything on a short timeline thanks to the Veterans United team. They always had my best interests at heart and did everything they could to provide solid closing cost numbers for my budget.
My home on team with veterans United to the excellent job and getting me my loan at the rate that I needed in order to get the house that is perfect for our families needs. Throughout the whole process my team went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get the documentation needed in order to secure the loan and have a smooth closing process. I would recommend Veterns United to anybody.
Vetrans united is a excellent company with people who are extremely professional and personal.
I thought that I had to not pay any closing fee’s but when I close I have to pay 21000 in cost it’s a real gimmick I would not recommend anyone to use veterans home loan that’s not fair how can you be 100 percent disabled and pay a 21000 closing fee where can a disabled vet find that money lucky I had a job but I feel sorry for other veterans that trying to buy a home you guys really rob them of everything come on you can do better all my friends died in Iraq but you guys tell us a story about how we can get a home but it’s all a lie everyone just want to lined they pocket because that know they can sell a story about taking care of vets but really it’s you taking care of yourself.
The whole team was amazing. They were easy to get in contact with and knowledgeable when I had questions. Would work with them again in a heartbeat.
After working with Veterans United, Don Smith and the team, I'm left wondering ..why I didnt do it sooner!
From start to finish and beyond with this crew!
The entire home buying process was made very easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend any fellow veterans that are looking to purchase a home.
Love them
Brie and Bill were so helpful to me. They answered every question I had an made the process so easy. I wasn’t sure I could do this when we started but after talking with both of these people I was sure I could do it.
Thanks to both of them.
What a blessing to work with a great team of people. Purchasing my dream home in the exact location I wanted. Great neighborhood too! Through God all things are possible!
Monumental! Actually more than monumental from our standpoint. I’m no wordsmith, not really capable of transferring my feelings into a well written couple of paragraphs but this transaction deserves the ol college try.
Having been in the military one of the most important things you learn is to not give up, not to quit and the training I received in the military has carried me throughout my life and allowed me to start my own business 30 years ago and continues to this day.
Hustle, work hard and don’t quit, stay focused. But like most peoples lives there are twists & turns along the way and some are along the more difficult variety and will test your ability to get up and keep going.
My widow maker heart attack in 2017 was one of those events, more than enough to put a person in the I give up category. The category 5 Hurricane Michael the next year just for good measure followed by a full IRS audit right into COVID with an injury auto accident in 2021 of which I’m still recovering from.
I didn’t get thru any of this without the help of other people and I had many days where I didn’t know if I would be able to get to the point where I could be relevant again as a provider for my family let alone get back to some sort of normal like purchase a home!
So for this I am more great full than I can express and I am thankful to you and your team of helpful experts who have worked to put another piece of my life back in place!
