I don't know how to explain it. You know sometime you hear a group call the Dream Team. We feel that's what we had. We had the Dream Team of home buying experience. Nick, Jessica and Drew were above the bar excellent and made this whole experience seem like a dream. We sit here as we unpack into our new Home giving it our touch and changes and there are no lingering effects of mounds of unanswered questions. There isn't that feel of slight confusion and maybe I should have asked this or that question. My Dream Team answered my questions and let me know what to expect and even after close what to expect. I know though that if something came up or a question they will always be there to ask. This alone makes us feel good and comfortable on our buying decision. Thank you so, so much again to Nick, Jessica, and Drew for making our Dream come true.

I think the overall protocol at any financial institution regarding home loans should be changed. The preapproval is not a real approval I personally would rather wait to receive an indefinite approval prior to look at properties, putting down deposits and paying for inspections then after everything you get the clear to close but again that is across the board protocol.
