I really appreciate VU because again, not once did I feel like just another number / client for them. It felt like the entire team worked to ensure I was in the right home for me and wanted to make things as easy as possible. The transparency and patience everyone showed to answering all my questions. I couldn’t be happy with my entire experience and feel beyond fortunate because I have heard horror stories about other lenders. Again though, what stood out from the beginning was just the feeling of being wanted and that everyone was in this together.
