Biggest complaint is Origination Fee, and slightly higher rates. While I know VU is well below VA allowed limits for origination fee for a loan our size, felt this was excessive based on amounts from other lenders. While my VU experience was awesome, only reason I went with you all based on rates and expenses was a quirk with my own bank's underwriting rules which did not comport with VA standards.The higher rate and orig fee is reason you all are an overall 7 vice 10.But cannot say enough about service from Devin and Juan!
