My humble abode that I moved in to on August 4, 2020. I'm so thankful to Veterans United for approving me for an amazing low interest rate on my home and making the process so easy for me. I was only able to do a virtual viewing of this home because of COVID and I did it through my phone. I wasn't able to see the inside in person but I still went through with making an offer and eventually saw it in person before moving in. I literally saw and bought this home through my phone. I love it and thank God he gave me a cherry tree!
This is the second loan we've done with Veterans United. We were looking to refinance and not feeling good with any of the many companies housing us. We went back to Veterans United and our loan officer, Jake Ferguson. He is awesome! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and on top of all the details. He is always available for questions and made sure that we were always in the loop on our progress. This was the case for our first loans and the recent refinance. His loan coordinator, Melody was great as well. Always helpful and patient. Had the answers or knew where to get them. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and it was a painless process.I would use Veterans United again and highly recommend Jake, Melody and team to anyone.

Brain is the best! The north Jersey housing market is challenging especially for VA loans because there are so few veteran buyers. Nevertheless, Brian got the entire condo VA approved and us ‘Clear to Close’ in a little over 30 days which is tremendous. He responded to us in minutes. He demonstrated excellent proficiency and customer service.
