Over all, I think Kelley has a really approachable and competent team. This is what a Loan Team should be. I felt like I was talking to people I actually know throughout the whole process. They never leave me out of anything and were always in contact. The closing date I needed was almost impossible but they made it happen.
I don't like being told things only to have them changed at the last minute. Just feels like I was taken advantage of
