We have purchased homes in two other states besides Texas and no other company compares with yours. This was the fastest and easiest purchase we have been through. Although this is my first home purchase for myself this is not my first exposure to the buying process. Overall I'd have to say VU was rather accommodating to the need and requests I made. The agent was pretty disappointing in her attitude and behavior. Polite to my face but clearly not Interested to work with me until I decided to search for conventional home rather than an approved mobile /manufactured...which happened to double the pre-approved loan amount.
