It was great to have a team working together throughout the home buying process, but....there's always a "but". The high number of emails that I recieved in the first couple weeks was a bit overwhelming and difficult to keep track of. I had to create a spreadsheet just to figure out who was who and what they were doing along with how they fit in the puzzle. It would have been more streamlined and less overwhelming if only one person from each aspect of the team reached out.For example: "Hi Jim, My name is Ann, I will be your concierge during the home buying process. I will be assisted by Jack and Jill, they will only contact you in my absence. What we are here for is....".Other than this one thing, the Veterans United team did an outstanding job. Thank you for your time and assistance.
