I am overwhelmed with this whole experience. I lost my SS benefits due to an admin error before Covid hit and was literally a homeless veteran dealing with harsh PTSD, living in a camper in the wilderness. I woke up on a Wednesday and saw Veterans United reaching out about opportunities and connected with Andrew. Miraculously, I am now sitting in the home of my dreams overlooking a beautiful lake just 6 WEEKS LATER!! My life is profoundly changed and I can not thank the people that helped me enough.

The whole team did an excellent job. They always made themselves available for communication regardless of the time or day and I received timely responses to any questions I had.
Great company and team to work with during the entire home buying process. We purchased our home directly from the seller and didn't use a realtor. So there was a lot of things we didn't know and wouldn't have done if it wasn't for Verterans United and our loan officer/team guiding us through the entire process. They made it easy with the use of their app and the To Do section on it. This was my first time buying a home and although it was stressful, Veterans United alleviated a large part of that stress. I would use them again and recommend them to any veteran.
Overall the process was faster than I expected it to be and the portal/app made it easier to manage. The team I worked with was very polite and professional. They were prompt with replies when I had questions.I think more disclosure on what is happening behind the scenes throughout the process would have been appreciated. Understanding that would have helped me to be more financially prepared during the last week before closing. Also, the concierge was extremely friendly, but I was being asked about setting up utilities before the loan was finalized. Had it not gone through or had any issues, then that would have been awkward if I had setup utilities already.
