I was very impressed because today a lot of bias and discrimination is out there, but this company showed non of that thank you
Veterans United is a waste of time. The entire process was horrendous for me and my family I will NEVER use them again. I will ensure that every veteran and active duty personnel I meet knows this.I was guilt tripped by Scott Beasley “because he’s been working with me for a long time” and “he doesn’t get paid for the help he’s giving me” to use Veterans United and by making empty promises. They send me a dumb basket for my dogs with treats and toys and remember my dogs names after only having a single conversation about my dogs. But cannot remember to add my wife’s name to the title. Now I have to pull money out of my ass to pay for their mistakes. This is ridiculous and I hope Scott and his team is not allowed to work with veterans until they undergo a complete retraining. This has been a huge waste of my time and I will ensure I use another loan company before I use veterans united again.
