The only reason I am giving an overall 8/10 instead of 10/10 is because our loan coordinator Bryce Edmundson was incompetent. 2/10. I constantly had to contact Mike to correct Bryce’s mistakes and towards the end, disregarded Bryce in general because I felt he would mess something up. We constantly received last minute updates on our closing, which made things very stressful. He would constantly ask for forms and invoices under very short deadlines. He sent the wrong disclosure to our lawyers the day before the closing. I could go on and on. My team was fantastic, with a major exception in the form of Bryce. Had he never contacted me during this process, I feel my team of Rebecca joedi and Mike would have been more than capable.
