Our closing was delayed several hours because of lack of attention to detail. Our last name was spelled 3 different ways in the closing documents. After notifying the closing department of the change needed, the second version was also incorrect. Third time was the charm, but 2 hours later.Other than this issue, we had a good experience, especially with Craig Carafiol.
The Veterans United team went so far above and beyond what they had to do for our family. Our team wasn't just interested in getting us a home loan they cared about us as people.
