Responses to questions were very quick and clearly stated. The team made it clear that I should let them know if I had any questions or concerns. The video sessions were very informative and reassuring also.

There were a lot of hiccups that never should have happened. At one point I was ready to walk and find a new lender. But Jeremy held the fort down and kept me positive through the entire process even when I had my moments where I wasn't polite and didn't deserve to still be treated with respect.
