I am very happy with the service provided and will very highly recommend VU to anyone asking me about it.
Everything went well until we got to the underwriting. I don't know if it was our age, but or because our previous landlord had passed and we didn't have all of the records for past payments. The process became very stressful and mentally straighning. At times I actually felt physically sick because We would send them what they ask for and it wasn't good enough or Lahey would as for 3 more things! At one point I threatened to call a lawyer!
Prayerfully this will be our first and last time buying a home. I thank God that we made it through this time with our sanity.
