Jamie Hughes and his team were outstanding. They communicated frequently and I never had to wonder where we were in the process. If I had any questions --and I had lots-- I could email Jamie directly or text him and the loan team on the group chat he created and I was always given a prompt response. It was a great process, super easy to complete everything with the to-do list. I wish about a week out that the loan-agent and I talked out all options like buying down the interest rate and stuff like that. but overall it was easy and we're very happy
