I have no critics for Sydney and her team. The biggest challenge in this process is the timeline of the required appraisal. The appraisal was placed only approximately two weeks prior to closing, which made it more than a chance he to make the necessary repairs to close and still had to move the closing date because of the repairs. Sydney’s team did an outstanding job moving numbers and everything else they could to keep us closing in a timely manner and it didn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated by any means we are very thankful for all of their efforts. I look forward to contacting Sydney in the future as we have future plans and want her team to handle the next big move we are planning. Thank you.
