Team was good, were willing to initiate communication when something was required. Not once got asked about a down payment, never got asked about goals (low monthly payment, early payoff, etc.), and buying down my interest rate wasn’t mentioned by anyone at any point. Having bought two homes previously, I would say overall it was an average experience.
