At that time my wife and I were on a trip, so I gathered some quick info, and explained to Lauren that I would be in touch after our trip. She listened and let me reach out to her once we were back home. Once we got started on the loan process, it could not have gone smoother. Talking to Lauren didn't feel as if we were talking to a stranger, but a friend. She was there any time and any day we needed her. He did absolutly more then we could ever have asked for he helped us understand what was going on with our loan and we did not have a thousand things to send in for our loan. The whole process went very smooth and quickly we started the process April 13, 2020 and closed May 13, 2020. Fastest home buying ever but worked out perfectly! We love our new home so much!

Austin and the team were absolutely amazing. All of them were consistently checking in to make sure we were happy with the process and always had the answers to any of my questions. Nikki Cravens‑Howard Was the only person I had an issue with, she was distant and I constantly felt as if I was a bother when dealing with her. She did not respond when needed and passed me off to others again making me feel as though I were not important enough to deal with. Every other team member I dealt with were a 10+.
