I think Chris should get fired from his job. His communication skills are horrific. He messed up our closing paperwork several times to the point that at closing I had to print out sheets for the notary because he completed the forms inaccurately, he misspelled the name of the attorney incorrectly and when I asked him to change it told me that “if I am going to be such a perfectionist about everything he could but it would delay closing” like it was my fault that he was so careless, veterans United quality department had us resign forms yet again today because Chris put my name down TWICE on four sheets that had our signatures, and finally did not communicate to us that we had to view a document more than three days before closing so we had to delay closing and pay the builder out of pocket for Chris’s negligence.He then proceeded to half ass apologize to me on the phone and tell me that I need to take responsibility for my actions like we were buddies that got into a disagreement and not a client working with someone who messed up several things along the way.Never work with Chris he will make your entire home buying process a nightmare. And I work with construction contractors for a living. This process was much worse than that.
