My wife and I would truly recommend any one not only veteran to use United Veteran as their loan officer. They explain everything to you with not hassle. We started out with Rocket Mortgage, and they didn't explain any details on getting a loan. All they were concerned was getting your MONEY.

It was wonderful. The entire process was seamless. Everyone involved genuinely cared. They were very personable and professional. I never felt like a number or that I was being helped by a number. They treated my unique challenges with kindness and understanding. I am very grateful we were blessed with such caring people! This was a complex process simplified and perfected.
In addition to Stephen, Elizabeth was wonderful too! Everyone I worked with in the process was exceptional and patient with me. Anytime I had questions, there was always someone available to assist me or explain in a way I understood. Getting to complete a lot of the process online was nice. Having the option to communicate through text allowed me to keep process moving even though I am busy working during the day.
