You need a question that asks about Noelle, our loan coordinator. She is fantastic at her job and very efficient! She answered questions and explained things and was incredible to work with! She really helped make the process go so smoothly and we can’t thank her enough! We are so grateful!!
I thought it was fine starting out and going through until we hit the end. There were more fees that what I've seen as standard and the VA fee at our closing was large even though it is supposed to be separate from the VA according to advertising.

I've paid up to 1500 ia month in home rentals and what a waste! Hannah said " let's just give it a try it's the only way to know " She was right and here I am in a dream home. I'm happy and admit the only hang up on vu end was a hang up on linking to Navy Federal. That institution is old and Security Headstrong so the fact that transactions needed to be done manually to complete my closing should have been recognized sooner. If the only accepting to that is Navy Federal believe me make that concession. It is rare that one of their members go anywhere else for loans. In my case it didn't matter who holds my mortgage and VU advertising was everywhere peeking g my curiosity. So kudos to you too. Tango Yankee. Be blessed as am I.

Torie was great as well. The underwriter I have an issue with and your credit folks. They could not pull my wife's Transunion credit, credit freeze that was lifted, but provided NO alternative plan to deal with the issue. I could not communicate with them either. I guess they must be top secret folks. The underwriting process was drawn out. I put down $100,000 and I'm sure the underwriter knew exactly what was required but instead of, upfront telling me what to provide, they drew it out for about 2 weeks. Recommend you provide a list of required documents at the beginning instead of every 3 days requiring something....
