Tanner, Jordan and Kimberly were all awesome. They made the process as dummy-proof as possible. There was always a follow-up call whenever there was paperwork to sign. There was always someone who answered the phone, and if they couldn't, it was never a long wait before one of them called back. Even on weekends, and Birthday parties, Tanner would take the time to go over things with me when I needed. He never said, "no." Was always easy to speak with. Jordan is a no-nonsense type of guy who gets things done quickly, efficiently and with little down-time. Kimberly prepared a list of different utilities, and municipalities to look into. Don't underestimate the importance of those phone numbers when you're scrambling doing a million other little odds and ends. Thank you, Kimberly. It's easy to see why this team rocks. Thanks y'all!

Colin Park and his team went above and beyond to make my home loan happen. He answered every question I had and also wrote an extremely nice email about me to the sellers. His team sent me the sweetest door mat for my classroom. I was blown away with how kind Colin and his team were to me.
The title company was awful. They sent the wrong paper work and I had to leave work last minute the next day to redo the paper work with a notary I had to find and then try to ship it out. They would only do fed ex when the closest fed ex is an hour away. We have usps and ups but they said the usps password for their account they didn’t know it.
