I quickly found out that V U had a national presence and could help me no matter what may final decision. This company is truly impressive and the people who make up the company have a heart for veterans.
Made the process transparent and simple, were never hard to get a hold of and always contacted me when I needed to provide documentation and we closed on time. The gifts they mailed for my twin boys were a nice touch as well!
Excellent buying / borrowing experience with Veteran's United. Even with a vet like myself with some slight recall issues and other hindrances. Their online portal is light years ahead of the competition! It's very intuitive and user-friendly! I apologize for not having more words, but that's a good thing! If I go off on a rant, it means something was bad or wrong, NOT in this case at all! Very good, very positive experience overall. Continue the good work!
