Austin Butler with Veterans United was an INCREDIBLE partner to work with in the purchase of our home. As first time home buyers, Austin was a fantastic resource for the myriad of questions I had throughout the process and was always available. Over a weekend where we were planning on viewing several properties but did not anticipate making any offers, Austin worked late on a Friday night to get us our pre-approval letter just in case we wanted to make an offer over the weekend (and sure enough, we did!). At closing, Austin was present to answer any last minute questions and even brought a house warming gift and card, a personal touch not expected but greatly appreciated. I can't recommend Veterans United - and Austin specifically - enough.
