Loan process was very easy. Using the app to upload docs was great because I was able to do it on my schedule.
I really enjoyed the process with Veterans United. It was streamlined and the portal and group text made it easy. I am giving a 10 because the everything went much smoother than my previous VA loan with a different lender. The team was personable and did a good job at making the personal connection that can sometimes lack with remote/internet-based services. Our lender and title company did make positive comments about this process.There were a few times near the end that I left messages and didn't receive calls back of at least acknowledgment of receipt. This is a small blip in the process and admittedly there might not have been much to discuss but as a mortgage lending team you all deal with folks in the midst of the most chaotic time in people's lives. Providing peace of mind and helping assure confidence in the process can go a long way especially at the end when things are moving so fast.The process was fantastic - the team was knowledgeable - there were no surprisedThank you for the gift - the girls love the book, and my 4-year-old is sleeping with the dog toy.
We were so impressed with Veterans United during our home-buying journey. The entire teams was very accommodating and worked diligently to help us close on-time. When bumps did arise, they were very informing and helpful in our ability to understand what was going on and did what they needed to, to make it smooth for us. From beginning to end, one of the best home buying experiences I’ve had. Everyone was friendly, helpful and great communication. I highly recommend any veteran to use their services.
The people and team are great wouldn’t change a single thing about them.The app on the other hand. Dog poo Why do I have to log in and authenticate every time I open the app? This defeats the purpose. Additionally I want to set up bi weekly payments. The listing only gives options for days of the week not the date itself. As a VA loan company I would expect to have the option to do it on the 1st and 15th. When the military gets paid.
this team was outstanding, anytime i needed anything or had any question they were there almost instantly with an answer. the 5 years i was in and the 6 i have been out of the Army i have never had a process go so smooth this team is my A Team i will be recommending them to everyone of my friends and family 100%
