I had heard that trying to use the VA loan was a difficult process, however this was incredibly fast. I presume it was the whole team that made it so efficient.

By going through Veterans United Home Loan, I was always informed on the progress.
Nothing was explained to us in detail as we were first time home buyers. We felt pressured, unheard and just very disrespected by the lender and his assistant Emilee. When we wanted documents corrected we always got pushback all the way until closing. Luckily our closing/title company made sure everything was fixed and corrected. We refused to speak to our loan officer and had our realtor take over any conversations that needed to be had with him.This was a terrible experience as first time home buyers.

This was our third new construction and by far the best experience from loan approval to closing!!
