Underwiting team was a bit much there toward the end. I get it’s part of the job. It’s sometimes hard keep getting supporting documentation. On top of giving what was already wanted.

Loan team was great. Loan officer was quite rude towards the end for never talking to me through the process. Talked to me like I was the bane of his existence and really did not make me think he liked his job. The rest of the team was fabulous and what I remember from our 1st time with VU.
The home buying process was so stressful to us but this team put those worries aside and aided in every way!! Extremely exceptional!
