I've used Veteran's United twice. It's always a pleasure; you can tell that this organization knows how to do VA loans better than anywhere else. It's incredible what this group can do over their competitors.
The packages and the handwritten card was a nice touch! No one would bother to do all that nowadays.
Overall the process went well. I do feel that the stress of getting all the questions and requests for paperwork was over the top. I felt like I was under investigation for committing a crime. I literally spent hours and hours retrieving and collecting all the requested information for the mortgage company and then the underwriting dept added to the reporting and paperwork requests.
Understandably, a lot of the requested paperwork was in Florida and we are in Michigan.

It was perfect buying my a home for the first time is crazy alot to do and alot of paperwork but they made it easy on me and they were all amazing to work with and talk to
