She kept me informed of everything that was going on throughout the process once it was turned over to her. She was the first on to give me the great news yesterday.A gentleman name Levi was a great help during Katie's brief absence.Let's talk about how user friendly the website was. Wow, it was very simple and extremely informative. Everything you signed or read you could view in the documents tab. It was amazing how the reps interacted with the website. If they mentioned a document it was there and ready. There was no waiting around or issues that I ecountered from start to finish.

I was a new home buyer, very nervous about doing any of this. Their team made this very easy and took the time to over explain when I asked them too. Very professional!
We had a great experience with everyone we worked with in or connected to veterans United. Except for the process of underwriting. This was our hardest, and biggest headache of the whole process.The reason being is because we had at least 3 different underwriters working on our paperwork and they all wanted or “required” something different that the other did not need. Which caused delays in getting new documents because as soon we would meet the “requirements” of one underwriter, we would get a new underwriter and they wanted something else entirely.We had a great time with all others involved, but because of the headaches, and so much stress that was caused by the underwriting team I had to give the rating above as I did.
Loved the little gift basket they sent us! They were also very patient with us through the whole process. :)
