Between the lack of communication, missing our car payment, missing details, causing us to use our savings to pay off a car, what appeared to be avoiding calls and texts during certain situations, the referral reators that made us miss offers because we seemed less important, the severe delay In closing, having our first payment barely 33 days after closing not even giving us a respectable 45 days (9/1 payment) , having to take off work many days after just returning from deployment. And over all the way we were treated, we would never recommend. This was a horrendous horrible process. We lost our house in a flood in 2017, and this was more traumatic.

I absolutely highly recommend the establishment and people that work with va united. These individuals went out of their way to help me find home. Despite my circumstances and being under extreme duress, each person was very kind and understanding, and patient. It's hard in today's time to find good people. I was about to throw in the towel with my faith in people. This team showed me that hope exists out there. Never give up. There is always good people that will help you get up, help you out of darkness. These truly are good people. I've no words to describe the praise that they are more than deserving

The overall home buying process with Veterans United was indeed great and exceeded my expectations. The online portal is extremely simple and self explanatory to use. Documents were easy to sign right away using e-sign as well as the process for uploading documents. We worked with an incredibly caring and great team.

Loan officer needs to do a better job with communication and explaining the process and also charges and fees to his customers. At some point it was almost like they were trying to find reasons not to qualify me. This was a really stressful process. I have bought a property in thr past using a different lender and it was not this bad. I am for sure not gonna recommend Chris and his team to anyone.
