Terrible. DO NOT USE. They never answered my questions or explained things to me. Every day was a crisis of their own creation. I had to call to find out if they needed items because they were so bad about communicating things to me. Every time I reached out to them, they’d say they urgently needed another document. I never could understand why they didn’t have a comprehensive list of items they were going to need. I got to a point where I didn’t trust them with my money. I would have found another company if I had had more time.
Being self-employed can make financing tough. But my Veterans United team stuck with me, and after 18 months of hard work I closed on my first home! I couldn't be happier with my loan team, and highly recommend Veterans United when pursuing a VA loan!

My loan officer, Nick, was there for me day and night. We hit a lot of hiccups with legal descriptions and timing of everything, but Nick was there for us every step of the way even taking time out of his schedule at home to work with us and see it through to the end. VU was able to get us good financing, at a good interest rate, all while keeping closing cost a low as possible. 10/10 would recommend to any veterans out there looking for financing options.
My loan officer Kennedy Kugle was not only able to blow any other lender out of the water in terms of financing, his impeccable service to Veterans deserves recognition of the highest accord. Late nights, weekends, holidays, I was telling him to take it easy but he wouldn’t stop trying to help and make my first home purchase as smooth as possible. And he succeeded because my real estate agent couldn’t stop talking about my purchase was one of the smoothest transactions he’s ever seen. Thank you so much Kennedy.
