Veterans United is very thorough and they are transparent as well. The thing I like the most was there easy to use website and format of their webpage makes it very easy to see what you have to do next as well as checking back on items that you’ve already completed.

Joel Deiber and my assigned team went above and beyond. They ensured a smooth and easy process and it really was one of the smoothest processes I’ve experienced. Communication was by far the best, they kept me up-to date every day. Emails, texts went smoothly and phone calls were always a treat. The stress of home buying as a veteran during this time was already very stressful, but Joel, Randee, and Courtney and the VA appraisal process really eased the the stress and worry.

Definitely more communication would be great. Seems like there were times when something was needed from me, or something was missing that I could help with and no one let me know. Things were last minute all the time. My realtor also felt like this was an issue
