Every single person who we worked with through veterans united were amazing people. Very helpful and knowledgeable and so very kind. They we all just as excited as we were to buying a new home and you could tell when you spoke with them on the phone. As a congratulations gift, you can tell that they really listened, they sent us stuff for my cats-dogs- AND my chickens!!! That put such a huge smile on my face and meant so much that they really do take pride in what they do.

I was extremely overwhelmed trying to start the home buying process, and both Laura an Alex were super helpful with all the details. I deal with a lot of anxiety, so stuff like this is really hard for me. I couldn’t be more appreciative of how your organization treated me. Sending things like the starter kit got me excited about the process. It REALLY hit home for me that I chose the right organization when I got a door mat in the mail with my name on it. That really meant a lot to me, even as such a small gesture. It made it real.I don’t think I would have gotten through this process alone. We truly can not explain the patience it took for our home buying to team to endure through with us as the economy and the landscape of finding a home in our area within our means.
