the adt people from safe haven was horrendous. i originally signed up, was told i would not be charged anything to the day of service, yet was charged when i cancelled my appt BEFORE the appt. also, i was given a new loan servicer, but when i called for any info on it, i wasn't in the system and they cant find me.
Overall everything was smooth throughout the whole process with each house I looked at. They were quick with getting back to me on numbers and excellent communication with questions and deadlines. Thank you for the help. I had no problems.
Very upfront bout everything and knowledgeable bout what needed done when also help out with making the prosses easy. Answering every question we had bout everything in a timely manner. We'll done and thank you for helping us get our house.

Everything was handled well, they team was supportive and easily contacted.The stipulations and the to do list were very long and I was disappointed that I had to pay extra for having closing pushed back, however this was out of VU Ortho control.

The only suggestion for improvement is if everyone would follow Mike Dianics approach to text first and check if I am available for a call, the others directly call and this can be interrupting in a job like mine.

Marty and his team at Veterans United truly set the bar high for their competition! They kept us informed and quickly responded at every step of the buying process. The team was always professional and explained things in a way that my wife and I understood them the first time! One Saturday, my wife and I were having a conversation and a question came up between us. I told her I would send the question to Marty and we should hear back on Monday. About 15 minutes later, my phone dinged and Marty had responded! I thanked him for responding and told him it could have waited until Monday. Marty told me he knew the answer and didn’t want us to have to wait! Through the whole buying process, they never made us feel like just a customer; we were part of their team!
