The only issue is after the sale the real-estate representative was unreachable. A follow up the day after would have been good.

The home buying team did everything they could to get me and my family a home. It took a while to find the right property, but once we did, the process was very efficient and easy. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone that needs a home. Excellent experience!
Although I would say I had an amazing experience with VU, we did run into some hiccups. Due to error with the closing team not getting me documentation in a timely manner, I had to push my closing back to a later date. This effected me as well as the sellers. Emmett and Danielle still did amazing trying to work around this and compensate for the mistake, so I was very thankful to be working with them. This was not an ideal situation for me though as I am a nurse and I had already made accommodations to my schedule for the original closing date, and then last minute had to figure out accommodations again.
I am a veteran and it was recommended to me by a veteran. It was such a smooth and quick process. Jeff Gordon and his crew (Megan Belhman) we’re on top of things and we’re quick to respond and keep you in the loop. I HIGHLY recommend Veterans United to any veteran who is buying a house! My hats to you guys!

Overall, my experience with Veterans United was amazing. I didnt think my wife and I would be able to buy a house for at least 2-5 years. We did a pre approval (thanks to the recommendation of my brother, who also bought through Veterans United) and with in a few minutes I was talking to the VU team. I could be happier with the process, knowledge, and overall experience. I recommend any Veteran that is looking to but to us VU. They made a long time dream come true. I have used VU for 5 home purchases, and it never fails I get great customer service throughout the whole process. I keep coming back because of the outstanding people that I've gotten to work with. Their level of service and attention to detail is always a true standout in every transaction we have had. When it's time to PCS again, I will be calling my loan officer again for purchase #6.
Always received timely response from loan officer; also, realtor found the right house after two offers fell out or did not materialize. These two were excellent. Others were average.
