Communication could have been better. Whenever I call or text I wouldn't hear back from someone for a day or two. If I did hear back sooner it would only be one message and then nothing. Besides that everything else was awesome

During the pandemic I began the process of buying a home. To no fault of ours I was listed deceased by the credit bureaus. It took months to have this corrected and during this time I worked with a different mortgage company that obviously didn’t have my best interest at hand. My daughter worked double time to have the bureaus correct my information. She then found Veteran’s United and EVERYTHING turned around! I really can’t stress enough how wonderful OUR TEAM is. With Clayton and Bethany we were viewed as family and they literally walked us through the process hand in hand!!! It literally took 3 days to find out forever home and the process went like a charm. Of course we had bumps in the road and initial closing date pushed back BUT GOD and OUR TEAM came through and showed out!!! To close on our FOREVER HOME and move in was a fairytale in the making! My wife passed January 2020 and I knew she wanted me to be happy. I know and believe this because the home VETERANS UNITED helped me purchase is literally across the street from a house numbered 551. When I met my wife we purchased and lived in our home at 551 East Jackson Street for over 50 years! Did I also mention our first day in our new home a golden butterfly landed on the porch and rested for 5 minutes.
