Always available to answer any questions and explain it to you so that you understand! Even a easy checklist of utilities to setup and mail forwarding, home security all in one place! And if all that wasn’t enough…I received gifts from them that were personalized to the members of my family even Zeus received a personalized dog food bowl! My realtor also gave me a wonderful housewarming gift basket with lots of goodies for the home! STELLAR TEAM! I feel blessed that they were my team!

Our loan officer, Josh Jennet, went above and beyond, was always super quick at answering any questions we may have, even after hours. There were several hiccups along the way, but everyone was so patient and efficient, helping us get thru them and close in a timely manner. This is our second house with Veterans United, and we are already looking forward to a third one in a few more years!

Over all our experience was very pleasant. Good communication, on behalf of John's team-- Rob was helpful. Our real estate agent needs improvement. She was not as proactive finding our home. We did the research & located it via the internet.
You guys did an outstanding job! There were MANY hurdles and the closing took 6 full months, but you stuck with us and made sure we were ready to close when the time came. Would highly recommend Veterans United and their team!
