Dont get me wrong I wish my payment was lower but thats not United Veterans fault. As for the buying process and them bring my lender, I couldn't have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience.

Nick really wants you to succeed in the process and very clearly lays everything out. He is a very charismatic individual, well spoken, and has a lot of confidence in his answers, which leaves you feeling very confident. I didn't at any time feel like I was lost and if I did, a quick call with nick would straighten out any confusion I may have had. He walked me through buying a house without a realtor, which is typically a little more paperwork and time consuming and made it seem easy. Thank you for all the time and effort!!

Very easy, quick, seamless home buying process.

I was never told anything, never really spoken to outside of signing documents, the two loan guys, *not the concierge* never spoke to each other and often asked my realtor to relay a message to the other instead of them speaking to each other. Every piece of information I learned or found out was through my realtor or someone she worked with
