Therefore, we were really apprehensive about trying another company but once we met Trish she eased our fears. My husband is a retired Army Soldier, who suffers from P.T.S.D. and just about any episode can set him off. However, everything about our home buying process went smoothly. Aimee, my loan Representative was the best! Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process. She calmed my nerves when the doubt set in! Im so Happy I followed thru and have moved. I feel like this home is diffently the move I needed to get past the last two years taking care of my father in Hospice and his death this last November. I don't think I would have followed thru it it wasn't for Aimee Hall, you should be proud to have a Representative that actually takes the time and care needed to understand a client that has been through so much and scared to make a move. Veterans United made the home buying process for us first time home buyers very easy! They helped us with everything along the way, including setting us up with a realtor in the area we were looking in! They stayed on top of everything and made sure that we were prepared for everything along the way! I love how everything can be done online, the to-do list made things so much easier for me, being able to see what still needs to be done and what has been completed in such a user-friendly fashion. I don’t have any other company to compare them to, but we had such a great experience that I’m sure if we ever buy another home, Veteran’s United will have our business again!

I did my first home refinance with them. The whole process was confusing, but they were extremely upfront about all costs and explained everything so I could actually understand it.
