It’s a shame that other loan companies in good with the builders won’t do anything for you if you don’t go through their loan company
We first used VU in 2020 and had a great experience. Now due to a military move and remembering the first time, we used them again in 2023. Just as great of an experience! The entire loan team was very attentive, answered questions quickly, was transparent with requirements and timelines, and overall really seemed to care about helping us get our new home.
