I felt it would be better to have a full list of to-do's and then cross out some that aren't needed, rather then give 10 and when your done, get 5 more then 8 more then 2 more then 3 more. I was happy I completed them, then got hit again and again. The never ending to-do list.

Besides having to get the repairs done in minimal amount of time to ensure closing on time, I have no complaints. The team was easy to work with, answered all my questions when I had them, and were great about getting back to me whenever I uploaded documents, or texted/called about a question.
The sellers were horrible but Jessica pratt kept in contact with all the updates before our realtor she was definitely my go to. When we had questions she had all the answers we needed!
