The fact that Jim was able to be as responsive as he was in light of recent loss of his father speaks volumes for his work ethic and concern for his clients. He was always extremely cordial, genuine and professional. My only concerns were the eleventh hour requests for additional financial information and eleventh hour information conveyed to me regarding closing costs.
When I first started looking for a home, I looked at Veterans United in another state. There, they pulled me around left and right, so I put my search on hold. When I moved home, I decided I would start my search again and reached out to VU again. This time, I was gifted James Miller. He was a pleasure to work with and the team I was given did a phenomenal job at helping our dreams come true.
