They offered seamless service, the online app makes uploading things very easy, and everyone is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and approachable. Overall this was a great experience, one thing I would recommend to improve is giving an overview of the required items for each step of the process. Having the to-do items gate kept by completing the items created a lot of redundant requests and also had us caught flat-footed a couple of times as we look through documents while also packing to move to provide items. There were also mutliple times when the underwriter requested items we had already provided in early parts of the approval process.
In fairness, I did ask for a newer agent as I didn’t want a slick Willy. Last time (2020) I got an excellent agent for Post Falls Idaho (Joel Olson). He was so good, we had him sell the same home we bought thru him!
