This is the second time I've worked with Veteran's United and Hunter. Hunter made it easy to transfer veteran's benefits to new purchase. If Hunter was out of office, his back up would call to answer any questions. Sam, load coordinator, walked through everything needed to finish ahead of closing date, which resulted in closing a week early this time. Love VU portal and dashboard! Portal made the exchange of information easy. Uploading documents is safe and secure in the portal. Many documents were signed inside the portal which made closing go quickly, as opposed sitting and signing a lot of loan documents at the closing table. It has been two great experiences!
