Spencer is the man. Couldn't have asked for a better loan officer to work with. With this being my first time purchasing a home, I was somewhat confused on the process and what was involved in getting a VA Home Loan. On numerous occasions, Spence would chalk out 15-30 minutes multiple times a week to answer questions and expedite the process on purchasing a home.
