Don't use United Veterans, they start out excellent and then totally abandon the buyer! They tell you one thing and then the prices becomes very stressful. I'm sorry, I was informed all I needed to close was verification of funds in the account. Well, I then needed another HO policy, payoff letters/statements all the day before closing. Needless to say, I closed 3 days later with no call from the team... They texted my realtor. 🤔 It was stressful as I had my belongings in an U-haul truck for 4 days and no one offered to pay the costs. My blood pressure went up, but TGBTG I'm finally in my home.
