I had a conversation with Hannah about how during the underwriting process there was some frustration about the underwriters going after documents they already had. She listened to my frustrations with patience and explained everything that was going on in a professional manner that gave me confidence in her and your company. This was a great team and they were always on top of their game.

I'm a veteran with PTSD, it is very difficult for me to deal with stressful things or even just make phone calls due to anxiety. My team at Veterans United made my experience quite comfortable and extremely manageable. They kept the ball rolling constantly and walked me through the stressful parts.
