Everyone on the team did their part and more to help us through the process of buying our home. Going in we were stressed about buying our first home but the team did an outstanding job in helping us feel better. Even after buying our house we know we can go to them with anything we need.
Waste of money paying people who don’t do anything for the customer. Justin was good until the last two weeks and then gave up on me- probably because the deal was done at that point- very disappointing. never heard from him the week of closing or after. Christie Thomason, set a very negative tone with the voice mail comment early and never had up to date information. Becca Terry, provided nothing.
Don’t see a need I referring Veterans united for all the over paid staff and a loan officer who never followed up with important closing rate information.
What started out as a promising experience was a total let down other thanAdrienne Schatzline- great person and very professional!
