I was very nervous going into this whole process as this is my first home. The Team that was assigned to me were there to answer any questions and made sure everything was clear, prior to moving forward and that was during the whole process. Even up to closing, I had questions about numbers on the forms (and there are a ton of them,) they got me on the phone with someone who could explain it better just to ensure it was understood.
I never thought that the day would come that I would be a homeowner, yet, here I am. I appreciate Veterans United and my team so much for the work that they did. I would highly recommend these guys. Especially for first time buyers. They get it done!

I am beyond satisfied with the services provided by veterans United. They pretty much bend over backwards for you to get you what you need. They are very transparent as well. I had a few changes in plans they were able to adjust to my changes no questions asked.

I began by reading the online reviews, leary of self preservation with false reviews. From the moment someone picked up the phone until closing they have been with me! The knowledge, professionalism and genuine customer service with this company is so very rare these days. When I received the clear to close it felt like I should have bought us all a 6 pack. That is how often and closely this team worked with me! You absolutely will not be disappointed!
Second time working with this team and they did not disappoint. Quick responses to my question and handled any problems. Will recommend to any veteran.
The VU portal was nothing but a pain to use. I couldn’t get a LIVE person to talk to always a voicemail and then it took 1-2 days to get acknowledged; and still couldn’t get my questions answered satisfactorily. I’m an 85 year old Korean veteran and they couldn’t get it through their heads that this was very difficult working through a PORTAL!!!

The experience was amazing. It really was. Everything seemed seamless and often times I was wondering if I had missed something. Only because they made the process so smooth for us. Always available, always informing, and the entire team that we worked with was nothing but pleasant. Would highly recommend for first time buyers as well as previous homeowners. Being my fourth buying experience, this was by far the best experience. My wife’s first home and I couldn’t have asked for an easier process for her. Loved every minute of it!
Awesome outstanding and I never dreaded when the caller ID showed they were calling. What else can I say give them 5 minutes just to talk to you they are not just a scam outfit they literally want to help you anyway they can. Kollin, Jacob and they whole team where awesome.
The lending team was great. However, for VA loans it requires an inspection, and the inspector only mentioned a hole in the master bedroom door, which isn't a difficult fix. Whereas, after just spending a couple of days in my new home, I can notice many additional problems. That being said I think it was mostly the sellers agenda for the issues, but I was hoping the VA inspector and a 3rd party inspector would have caught the issues beforehand. Otherwise, the process in general was smooth and my lending team worked great with the realtors and the title company, a very seamless process throughout.
Veterans United was recommend to us by our daughter (Air National Guard) and son-in-law (Active duty Air Force) who had just recently purchased a home as well. Jodi was always available and responsive to any questions and keeping with the long checklist of all tasks to be completed. No matter the time of day or night she always kept us informed of our progress and always seemed as excited as we were as we drew closer to the closing date. We were quite surprised and love the house warming gift we received as well. Thank you all for helping achieve our goal of obtaining our forever home!
